To help us sort things out quickly, it's useful to include a few details when you write in:
- The email address on your CoomeetCam account.
- A clear description of what happened, and when.
- Any relevant details — a screenshot, an error message, or the name shown on a profile if it's a safety report.
Please don't share your password or full payment card details in an email. Support should not need either item to investigate a question.
Safety and urgent issues
If you need to report someone's behavior, use the report control in the product when it is available; it preserves more context than a general email. The safety page explains how report and block work.
If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first — an email to support is not the right channel for an emergency.
